Foundation / History

J.G. Management Co., Inc. owns and manages a variety of real estate properties that include office buildings, shopping centers, apartment buildings, hotels, marinas, and several varieties of single user properties throughout the United States. Properties presently under management are valued in excess of Three Hundred Sixty Million ($360,000,000) Dollars. Additional properties owned and controlled would bring the total value up to Five Hundred Million ($500,000,000) Dollars.

The following is a list categorizing some of our properties:
  • Shopping Centers totaling in excess of 700,000 square feet, located in the Western United States
  • Medical and General Office Buildings totaling in excess of 275,000 square feet, located in Southern California
  • Hotels throughout the Western United States consisting of over 1,200 rooms
  • Marina and Sportfishing facility located in Southern California with over 300 slips
  • Additionally, we are currently managing over 25 single-user buildings throughout the United States consisting of hospitals, restaurants and retail centers

Principal Bios

Greg Greenstein, President
Greg Greenstein graduated from California State University, Northridge in 1980 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Real Estate. From 1980 through 1982 he leased commercial space in the Los Angeles area as a real estate broker with Ashwill-Burke Commercial and Industrial Real Estate Company. Greg joined J.G. Management Co., Inc. in July 1982. He is actively involved in the daily management of all the properties, project renovations, leasing, refinancing and acquisitions. Greg Greenstein has been an active member with the International Council of Shopping Centers since 1984.

J.G. Management Co., Inc. is a full service property management company. Our accounting and information systems produce billing statements, forecasting, budgeting monthly detailed financial statements, up-to-the-minute account receivables, monthly payables, lease preparations, tenant information sheets, building schedules and other customized reporting. Our property management services handle all physical day-to-day operations including on-site management, leasing development, tenant improvement coordination and implementing effective security, maintenance and operation procedures.
